  • Money has been deducted from my card, but I cannot view my order. What should I do?

  • What are your payment options?
    For your purchases from NURSENAAYDINCOM, you can pay in installments or one-shot using any bank's credit or debit card. Payment is not made with credit cards of foreign banks.
  • Can I pay at the door?
    We do not have a cash on delivery option.
  • Which shipping company do you work with?
    The products you buy from NURSENAAYDINCOM are delivered with Yurtiçi and PTT cargo companies.
  • What is the shipping fee?
    The delivery fee is 35 TL for your orders of 800 TL or less from NURSENAAYDIN. Shipping is free for purchases of 800 TL or more.
  • How many days is the order delivery time?
    Products purchased from NURSENAAYDINCOM; It is delivered to the cargo within 1-3 working days from the date of order. Delivery time for shipments within Trabzon is 1-2 business days, and delivery time for shipments to all of Turkey is 2-4 business days on average. Delivery times may vary depending on the density of cargo companies. Note: Orders; It is delivered to cargo within 3-5 working days during busy periods such as discounts/holidays.
  • My order has been shipped. Can I change address?
    If the order has been shipped out, address change can only be made with shipping companies. You can contact our Customer Service team for your address change request.
  • What should I pay attention to during delivery?
    You can check the cargo package that you think was damaged during shipping, by opening it in front of the cargo officer you received it from. If there is any damage to the product or there is a missing product in the cargo package, you have the right not to receive the package by keeping a report with the cargo company. The recorded products will be delivered to NURSENAAYDINCOM head office by the cargo company and action will be taken in line with your request.

    Yes, delivery is provided in an average of 18 days.
  • How can I do the return process?
    It is very important for us that you are satisfied with the products you buy from NURSENAAYDINCOM. However, if you want to return the product, you need to follow the steps below. You can create a return request by following the steps “My Account” – “My Return Requests”. After selecting the order you want to return, you can select the "Reason for Cancellation" and "Cancellation Return Type" options and click the "Save and Continue" button to finalize the process. You can deliver the return package to the nearest DOMESTIC cargo branch with the DOMESTIC cargo return code.
  • What is your return policy?
    The return period is 14 days from the product delivery date. You can return the products that have not lost their tags and therefore have not lost their resaleable properties. The return of used, washed, damaged packaging will not be accepted. Even unused, cosmetics, underwear, socks, all kinds of personal care products, accessory products, etc. Returns of products are not accepted.

  • How much is the return shipping fee?
